Scheduled and triggered search results not emailing!
Is anyone having the same problem since the upgrade of Scheduled Searches and Triggered Saved Searches not running? We have not had emails for the last 2-3 days and most of ours are triggered by events that need attention. I opened a case with NetSuite and got a generic reply to go use the Suite Answers. I reopened the ticket 3 hours ago and have not had a response. We are dying here without these running.:h_a_w:
