Where is "No results found. Please try less restrictive criteria"

I used saved search. When there is no result the page shows "No results found. Please try less restrictive criteria."

I want to customize this and add buttons to redirect users to a meaningful page. I looked into the whole NS, but did not see anything.

anybody saw the same problem? :h_a_w:
