search based on multiple values not working - urgent
I'm working on a recall so this is a serious matter.
Based on a list of lot numbers I need to create a search that results in all the stores we have shipped the items too. I know how to write a search based on transaction item fulfilment, and I would like to add the filter transaction serial/lot number and specify several lot numbers. With one lot number specified my search works, but how to specific several?
If I enter multiple lot numbers separated by comma, it does not work. If I simply add multiple line items for transaction serial/lot number the result is always zero when it shouldn't be the case.
