Dynamic Group based on inv item properties (e.g. customers who bought "widgets"?)
Hi all, hope someone can help.
I want to create a dynamic group which contains people who have bought "laptops" (as distinct from "desktops") in the last 3 months.
I can create a transaction search which finds the right people, because I can drill into the item fields and filter by a custom Product Type field, however I can't reach this field from a contact-led search.
So it seems a customer group can't be created from a transaction search (?), and a contact search can't reach the fields on the inventory item i need to filter by...
Am I missing something obvious, or can't this be done?
