Default to Round Robin?

We have a lead qualifier who qualifies our incoming leads and then assigns to either inside or field sales based on certain criteria.

My question is if we want to setup a Round Robin on the inside sales team and just have our lead qualifier say 'assign to inside sales team' and it basically just assigns the lead to the next inside sales rep in sequence, is that possible?

As of right now, he is manually assigning the leads to the next inside sales rep, but would be easier and more accurate if the system would round robin to the next sales person rather than relying on our person to remember who is next in line for a lead.
