Formula to populate subject line in scheduled report

Hi

I was wanting to populate the subject line of a scheduled report (when it is sent) using a dynamic field.

Specifically, in the naming convention I was wanting the name of the report concaternated with the {date} field.

Is that possible to do?

What is the syntax for this?

Also, is it possible to create a "contact list" that receives this scheduled report?
