Restrict drop down items

Hi There

We have a custom form that has been deployed on our Employee Centre role.

This form is used to fill out allowance claims.

One of the fields is 'projects' which is a drop down. How can we restrict this field so that the employee filling in the claim form can only see the projects they are assigned to as a resource?
