Cannot Edit Source Code in Advanced PDF Templates

I cannot edit the source code for any of my Advanced PDF templates because the HTML code window will not display more than 1 line.

I have cleared cookies and other cache, I have tried IE, Edge, New Edge, Chrome and Firefox and all have issues.

(New Edge and Chrome shows a single line of HTML, Firefox shows 2 lines, and IE / Edge show none).

Is there a server side problem with this? Anyone else seeing the same?
