The functionality to memorize a transaction to occur twice a month seems to be gone, is there another to create this frequency?  Custom schedules is not feasible and every 2 weeks creates too many.  Having to create two means I have doubled the amount of memorized transactions I have to maintain.  The below verbiage indicates that if I select repeat every - 2 and time period - Month, that the correct frequency would be created, but it instead creates a transaction every 2 months.
