Wrong UPS package dimensions

hello everyone,

I am trying to do a bulk fulfillment of sales orders for a customer and also bulk print the integrated UPS shipping label. But the package dimensions coming on the shipping label through Net suite are wrong.

our product dimensions are 19x6x6 and the box dimensions on shpping labels are coming in as 12x3x3 inch. These box dimensions are coming directly through the net suite. Since our box is bigger than 12x3x3 we end paying penalties to UPS for each box shipped.

for bulk printing shipping label, these are the steps (transaction>management> Print Checks &forms> integrated shipping label>select the fulfillment whose shipping label is to be printed.)
