FedEx Integration in Sandbox: Getting authentication failed error message when fulfilling a sales or

I'm trying to configure FedEx and fulfill a sales order in Sandbox. for set and configuration, I have referred SuiteAnswer: 20231 but still getting "Authentication failed" error message when I try to fulfill a sales order.

Any information is very helpful.
