Missing timesheets in version 19.1.

Under NS version 19.1 missing Timesheets are now automatically created for the current week and the previous five weeks on the first day of the week for active employees with ZERO hours. My question is if I already have a timesheet filled in for that week, will the system override the current sheet with a zero hours entry?
