How to display the list of gift certificate of a sales order in the Sales Order email created from A

Hello Guru team,

I am creating a Custom Sales Order PDF/HTML from the Advanced PDF/HTML Template.

I only see the Gift Certificate field in the Field list for the record and that field only shows the total of the amount of gift certificates applied on the sales order.

I'd like to display the information of each certificate applied on the sales order as below (name, the balance, the applied amount), which fields/related record should I use in the custom Advanced PDF/HTML Template?

Please advise.
