Nothing Shows on the "Order Items" page

Looking into utilizing more of the functionality, i'm attempting to use the "order items" page to place reorders with certain vendors. However, when i go to that particular page, it lists "no records to show." We have automatic inventory reorder points turned on so that netsuite can calculate those, however it's very early in the process. Is there something i'm missing to get this page to operate correctly?
