Customer Dashboard: Customer Summary (default)
NetSuite allows you to customize the default Customer Dashboard per the screenshot below.
Q: How do you use this new form only on the Customer Dashboard (as it may may have a limited set of fields) without setting it as the Preferred form for the Customer/Lead/Prospect Role?
The only way I can get the customized Customer Dashboard form to display on the Customer Dashboard is to set it as preferred ... but this changes the default form used on the regular Entity record.
