Quality by Lot in AM

I need to track quality data by lot. The quality data will have two tests per lot( two data fields of percent). The quality management bundle only supports one entry per WO. I will have up to 9 different lots on a single work order.

The AM in process inspection allows entry by lot, but only one sample data per entry. I need to enter two sets of QA data per lot. Is it possible to customize the  AM in process inspection process to include another test value?
