Manufacture Management
Dear Gurus,
Please help me resolve this case:
I want to manufacture a product with the formular:
| Component Item | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Item 1 | 100kg |
| Item 2 | 5kg |
| Item 3 | 3kg |
| Recycle product | 20kg |
For Item 1, we have 3 vendors. For Item 2 and Item 3, we have 2 vendors for each item.
We want to manage on-hand and valuation by vendor.
After finishing manufacture, we have:
95% Good products
5% Damaged Products. And these damaged products are used as Recycle product for the next manufacture.
Beside the main product, we receive some by-products. And we also want to manage them but in Manufacturing feature of Netsuite, I do not know how to record.
