Anyone having an issue with Sales Team Members auto populating on sales orders, even when no sales t

We have been entering sales order the same way for 5 years. Salesperson or person doing entry will add a sales team member to the sublist, which has no default value. The contribution % will auto-set to 100% with no issues. Now, after Friday's upgrade, the sales team member will populate = to the user and the contribution % is now blank and greyed out as we do not give user the permission to change. The order cannot be saved as an error message is invoked "You need to enter a contribution %'. We temporarily have given Sales Roles the
