Can a self-service user receive items ? If not, could there be an improvement request ?

In some organizations, a person who enter a purchase request should be the one confirming that the items have been well received.

But the self-service user licence apparently does not allow this.

Is there a workaround ? If not, would NetSuite consider this as an improvement ?
