Display Line Level Memo on A/R and A/P Aging and Register Reports

Our customer has a business requirement to review the A/R and A/P Aging Summary/Detail and Register reports with the Line Level Memo rather than the Header Memo.  Is there a way to customize the Reports to pull the Line Level Memo for AR Aging and Register and the Expense Line Level Memo on the AP Aging and Register reports?
