How can we have a custom Customer printable form?

We have a request to be able to enable printing a printer-friendly summary of only a subset of Customer fields from any given customer.

We have Account Managers that want to be able to print these summary customer forms for each customer they plan to visit while making on-site visits.

I was looking at the Advanced PDF/HTML forms but I SuiteAnswers says they are for only Transactions.

Is there any way to do this?
