Change a purchase quantity on an item from 1 to 3
If a customer orders 3 pcs can NetSuite somehow identify the 3 each as 1 case and create a demand to order from our vendor just 1 case? The item was setup in 2017 and has usage since it was created. Our vendor is changing the way they process purchase orders. If a purchase order comes in with a qty of 1 they will send us 3 of this item. We have drop ship PO’s and regular PO’s setup on these items. I tried editing the unit of measure to include Primary Purchase unit -3, where the conversion rate is 3. When I tried
