Retrieving Deleted User Notes

Is it possible to retrieve a user note that was deleted accidentally. I can get the title from the Deleted Records saved search but not the Memo.

I did read previous Q&A on user notes but they were from some years ago. Just thought I'd check to see if there have been any feature enhancements recently.
