Reconciling bank account and subaccount

Does anyone know if NetSuite has the capability to reconcile bank accounts and their sub-accounts? We have funds in our main bank account that we moved to the sub-account with a journal entry but reconciling the bank account has now caused the account to be unreconcilable.

We also tried posting the deposit directly to the sub-account but again when we reconcile the main account those transactions in the sub-account do not appear. Does it not roll up?
