Accessing Balance Fields on Prospect Records
I have a custom field on Customer records:
{creditlimit}+{depositbalance}-({balance}+{unbilledorders})
This displays the remaining available balance for a Customer
If we create a Credit Limit for a Prospect, then this field displays correctly on the Customer (prospect) record.
I am trying to use this field/value in Sales Order Approvals.
I can either put a custom field on the Sales Order as:
(({entity.creditlimit}+{entity.depositbalance}) - ({entity.balance}+{entity.unbilledorders}))
or I tried
((NVL({entity.creditlimit},0)+NVL({entity.depositbalance},0)) - (NVL({entity.balance},0)+NVL({entity.unbilledorders},0)))
Or I can reference the Customer Field in the Workflow using:
0
