Email approved sales order to customer

Hello NS Experts,

Is Netsuite able to fairly smoothly email a sales order to a customer once is has been approved? We were hoping for a fully automatic process or close to it. It would act as a confirmation of the information, most importantly; delivery date, contact on site and contact information
