Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Trouble getting shopping-local.ssp to connect with new SCA install: "An SSL error has occurred..."
We have a new install of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced. We are moving from SiteBuilder that we've been using for over 10 years. I've been working exclusively with SiteBuilder on dozens of websites since 2004. The last few years I've spent a good amount of time customizing SiteBuilder Extensions.
This new install of SCA has not gone smoothly. Just getting it and the Base Theme installed and allowed to be downloaded took weeks and many conversations with NetSuite Support. The support person at NetSuite help kept reading from the NSSSD.pdf and telling us to do those things. Turns out, the NSSSD.pdf instructions are no longer totally accurate. For instance, now only an Administrator role can connect (no longer SD_Deployer role).
