Journal Reclassification Error: Reclassification failed for the following revenue arrangements

Has anyone come across this error when attempting to post reclassification journal entries?

Count: 1000   Reclassification failed for the following revenue arrangements: RAR#

It's only affecting one transaction (revenue arrangement), and won't tell us why it failed. I'm assuming the "1000" is the count of journal lines it is trying to create.
