Saved Searches for Transactions have Line ID = Zero / 0 -- why?

Saved Searches for Transactions have Line ID = Zero / 0 -- why?

Just curious as when I navigate to the record, I cannot see it in the UI so I am filtering these out but wondering if I should be filtering them or not. From documentation I found, it does not look like line IDs should even be the number zero.

Any ideas?
