Item Saved Search email when Location.Quantity Available = 0

Hello!

The business goal is to email the sales people immediately when the last available unit of an item is committed on a sales order, the last unit is adjusted off using Inventory Adjustment, etc.

I can make the search which returns items with quantity available < 1 but this does not fire when a transaction occurs because the item record is not being updated.

Anyone have thoughts on how to make this work?
