Kitsets not committing on sales order

Hi There

I have a Netsuite account where all the kitsets automatically show as 'back ordered' on creation of a sales order, despite there being sufficient stock to create the kitset in the location (the location of the individual items and the kitsets is the same):

This is the stock level of the individual items:

The sales order:


Why would that be the case? How do I fix this?
