Matrix Assembly Item on website/ Web Store

I made a Matrix Assembly Item. It shows in the hidden website category that I test new items on.

I can select from the available options and click to add the item to the shopping cart. It goes off of the item and to the cart, but it never adds anything to the cart.

The child items all have selling prices and item weights. Should I be able to add this item type to our shopping cart? What can make it not work?
