Website Setup: Analytics Tab. Adding Snippet to "ADDITION TO <HEAD>"

I'm trying to add a gtag snippet to the webstoremetatags field in WebSite setup. After saving the configuration it is not showing up on any pages. I'm currently trying this in our Sandbox account.

We're running SCA 2020.2. Any insight would be appreciated!
