Saved Search - Opportunity assigned to parent but I want to show children as well

Hi,

I am trying to create a customer saved search for PCV based on an item that is on an opportunity.

The way the Opportunities work is if its on the Parent Level the items price pass to all of the Children. When I create a query to get the customers with an opportunity it doesnt pull in the child record. Is it possible to grab any child associated to a parent with an Opportunity assigned to it?
