Nextiva call pop telephony integration

We're using Nextiva for our phone system. Looking for an integration middleware for call pops and logging activity notes. We've tried Go Integrator. It doesn't have a feature for logging task comments. Is there a recommended solution for Nextiva -> NetSuite?
