Related Records Missing on Customer Invoice

Nothing is populating in the Related Records section of the Customer Invoice window. All other related records on other windows / transactions appear to be there, just this one is missing. I am new with Netsuite so don't have all the customization training etc.. to troubleshoot this myself.

It seems odd that I can't see an option for Sales Orders/Fulfillments/Credits etc.. and nothing in the Form Customization that can be turned on under this tab.

I need to be able to track / map back documentation for customers, especially when on the phone with them!!
