How do I get my existing customer records into Shopify?

We are using Farapp to integrate NetSuite to Shopify, We've been using NetSuite since 2007, then on Jan. 1 launched a new website using Shopify. We announced our new website, but existing customers cannot log in as Shopify doesn't have all of our NetSuite customer records. How do I get these to sync to Shopify? So far we are telling them to create a new customer record and re-enter all of their info.
