Field value set based on city in Sales order

Hello Experts,

Can you please help us solving this issue?

We have created a custom field "Zone" in Sales Order.


Now we want to create a workflow which will fill this field based on city.

For example, If Address city is Vancouver or Maple Ridge or Ruskin, this custom field "Zone" is Zone 2

If Address City is Surrey or Langley or Delta, Zone is Zone 1

If Address City is Richmond or Burnaby or Coquitlam, Zone is Zone 3

What can we do to achieve this?
