How can I export the adjust inventory worksheet view via CSV from a report or saved search?

Hello,

I have this very useful screen on the adjust inventory worksheet. However there is no option to export it. How can I see this view on a report or saved search or do you have a suggestion on How I can see this comparison between the inventory quantities and values before and after an adjustment via the worksheet please? Please see inventory adjustment worksheet view with the exact columns required.
