Supply allocation w/ Multiple warehouses

I am a distributor of products and I am looking to implement the supply allocation feature to our business. We keep inventory in multiple locations across the country and I would like the supply allocation feature to look at all warehouses. I am OK with setting a primary warehouse but if that does not inventory, I would the system to look at the next warehouse after that. Is there a way to accomplish that?
