Inventory Valuation Report with Lot # as of a past date

Is there a way to customize the Inventory Valuation Report to Include Lot# for a specific Date?

I added the Lot# column, but the Lot# Detail does NOT match the on had counts for that location. The report pulls all Lot#'s across all locations, and not lot#'s specific to the location at that point in time.
