Customer Forms and Uploading Files

Ok, so I have a quote request form that we are transitioning to a online customer form to generate a new lead.

Anyway I realise that I cannot use file uploads directly to netsuite from this customer form as it is an enhancement that doesnt exist yet.

The only way I can see to capture uploaded files is to send them directly to the web server (they previously were emailed as attachments), how would one go about sending one set of data to netsuite and the file to a web server using server side scripting in one form?
