Error while booking Reclassification JEs

Hi,

While running the reclassification JE for a specific period and subsidiary, we got error for one of the revenue arrangements and it says: "The exchange rate must be greater than 0. Reclassification failed for the following revenue arrangements"


We checked the RA and SO and see that the exchange rate is 0.9129

Please note that this a RA created as part of conversion/data migration during NS Implementation and didn't use the Exchange rates from the service just like other converted SOs.

Any immediate help is greatly appreciated as we are trying to finish our Month End Close
