NSC | Possible Reasons Why Fulfill Button is Missing in the Sales Order
Users may encounter missing Fulfill button in Sales Orders and this can be due to:
I. FULFILL BASED ON COMMITMENT PREFERENCE
There are 3 options on how to process order fulfillments based on item commitment namely Ignore Commitment, Allow Uncommitted, Limit to Committed. The Fulfill button may not show on an order if Limit to Committed is selected, since with this option, fulfillment is available only when it has lines that are fully committed.
It is recommended that we review the Fulfill Based on Commitment preference (Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Order Management > Fulfillment) and see if setting it to Ignore Commitment
