NSC|Customer Saved Search > No Sales Orders for x Months then Ordered Again Within the Last x Months
For this guide, we will create a Saved Search to display Customers who haven't ordered a specific Item for the last 14 months, then ordered this Item again within the last 2 months.
To create the Saved Search, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Customer
- Under the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following:
- Transaction Fields... > Type = Sales Order
- Transaction Fields... > Item = Name of the specific Item
- Date Last Order > Within > Relative > 14 Months Ago
- Formula (Numeric) > Description: case when {today} - {transaction.trandate} <= 60 then 1 else 0 end
- Under the Results tab, add necessary fields to be displayed on the result
