My Task in NetSuite won't Email a Reminder
I have tasks we've been using in the UI. When I create one, the browser reminder works fine. If I click on the Assigned to "Notify Assignee by Email" that works. What doesn't work with when I do a reminder by email. Is this only functional when I have the Outlook sync set-up? I checked my Junk email and nothing there. I'd like to confirm if it's a setting or something else. Thanks.
