How to resolve error: "This time entry cannot be deleted because it has been billed"?
Hello.
We need to mark an approved time as non-billable or even delete it but we are getting the error below.
When the invoice was pending approval, we removed all charges from the invoice, still no go. We deleted the charges and then the invoice but the time entry is still not editable and we are unable to delete. The status shows as Billed/Unposted/Approved.
Does anyone know how we can either delete the time or update the time entry?
