Why can't I make an account inactive

Hello!

I have only been using NetSuite for about a month.

Cleaning up our chart of accounts, I need to make an account inactive; however, when I go into "edit" for the account, it won't let me check the box beside "inactive".

I've made other accounts inactive and had no problems.

Anyone have any ideas why?
