How to report on commited assembly components?

Three assembly item questions for reporting on the open commitment level of used components:

  1. Assembly components that are on an open sales order, but have not been built. Is there a way to report on those items? eg: items, qty used
  2. Assembly components that have been built, but not yet shipped. Is there a way to report on those components? eg: items, qty used
  3. A combo total of both of the above would also be a help.
