How to send OpenAir Timesheet alerts while copying the User's Manager?

Looking to see if anyone has found a way for a few types of Timesheet Alerts:

  1. Can you send the alert and copy the user's manager. I see the checkbox for Group Head but this is different than the manager.
  2. Can you send the alert to people in a particular Subsidiary. We want to send the alerts at 5pm local time but the system is only in EST. Our thought is to create an alert by Subsidiary so it sends at the appropriate time of day.
